Tseetech uses the wireless power interface as the communication interface between the transmitter and the receiver to significantly save the hardware cost and make the product integration easier without considering the extra antenna clean area. Tseetech owns a technique to sample and demodulate the current and voltage simultaneously, therefore realizing a robust in-band communication scheme.

Coil to coil distance detection and magnetic field adjustment

Tseetech owns a special firmware algorithm to detect the coil to coil distance in real-time and adjust the magnetic field accordingly. This technique well protects the receiver not to be burned due to a too strong magnetic field. Also, the Tseetech firmware algorithm can dynamically adjust the system frequency to trace the maximum end-to-end efficiency, keep the system cool and provide stable output power.

Tseetech adopts a novel double-layer Alpha winding method to enhance the transmitter coil quality. A novel magnetic shield structure is developed to optimize the coupling between the transmitter coil and receiver coil with a theoretical derivation and calculation, accurate modeling, and simulation. This specific coil design concentrates the magnetic field to get the best end-to-end efficiency while meeting EMI requirements and ensuring minimum magnetic field leakage to avoid extra heating.

Thanks to the nature of Tseetech hardware architecture, Tseetech can detect foreign objects by both the Q-factor detection method and power loss detection method. Tseetech also introduces the machine learning technique to train the wireless transmitter to recognize more and more different objects., and it makes the foreign object detection very accurate and robust.
